In both cases we are happy to offer you the support you need. That is why you can choose from two purchase packages at Blauwe Eik. You can read everything you need to know below!
*The costs above are the minimum costs. The exact amount can be agreed upon with the broker. This depends on the type of home, price range, market, competitive position, in short, the estimate in terms of time and energy to achieve a purchasing result.
Focussed purchasing package
Have you been actively looking for a while and have you now found a nice house? Then the focussed purchase package from Blauwe Eik as your personal NVM purchasing agent is the smartest choice!
Costs:
If you become a Blauwe Eik customer, we can instantly start with our service! We will charge €350,- start-up costs to get everything started and of course to ensure that you will receive all the new listings quickly.
The focussed purchase package includes one viewing or negotiation. € 175,- will be charged for each subsequent viewing/negotiation. However, these costs will only be charged at the end of our collaboration. Our costs hereafter are NO CURE NO PAY. You only pay the brokerage fee upon a succesful purchase.
We will accompany you for a focussed purchase viewing. We ask the critical questions that help you make the right choice. Does this house suit you? What is the house worth? What is the value potential for the future if you want to sell the house again? These are important questions that we answer for you. Furthermore, we ensure that you purchase the home as best as possible for the best price and conditions. We also arrange the further processing of the purchase. This way you are assured of a smooth process and advice at every step of the way.
Complete purchasing package
Are you still at the beginning of your search and orientation process? In that situation, the Complete purchase package is probably something for you. With this package ALL viewings are included and there are no additional costs. We will join you for every visit as long as our agenda allows it.

All viewings are included, so in principle we are always present at viewing appointments, provided our agenda allows this.
You will receive our honest oppinion and professional advice from A to Z so that you make the only right choices that lead to the purchase of your dream home. Furthermore, we ensure that you purchase the home as best as possible at the best price and conditions. We also arrange the further processing of the purchase.
